The National Socialist Movement, led by Jeff Schoep, has decided to make Sanford, Florida, its new project in its quest to protect the oppressed white race from uppity, loud, angry, hostile, violent, murderous, thuggish black people. Somebody needs to remind these demented zealots that the angry, hostile, violent, armed, murderous killer was a half-white dude, George Zimmerman, and the one fearing for – and ultimately losing – his life was a young, unarmed, black 17-year-old, Trayvon Martin.

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the leader of the defend-scaredy-whites-in-Sanford mission, Jeff Schoep, is known to other neo-Nazi groups as a “Hollywood Nazi” because of his group’s penchant for playing dress-up with uniforms and paraphernalia.  As Southern Poverty Law Center notes, Schoep is “a neo-Nazi true believer since age 10 who has managed, largely by luck, to end up heading one of the largest explicitly Hitlerite groups in America. Schoep’s group is known for the crudeness of its propaganda, the violence it works hard to provoke, and the faux SS outfits that have caused many other neo-Nazis to deride NSM members as ‘Hollywood Nazis.’”

On “Commander” Schoep’s website, www.nsm88.org, he trumpets his group’s presence in Sanford, Florida, writing, in part:  “The National Socialist Movement is currently organizing patrols ARMED, with the knowledge of the racial violence that is taking place in the Orlando, Sanford, area’s of Seminole County Florida. We have been contacted by dozens of local citizens from the area whom are concerned for the safety of their families in the wake of the Trayvon Martin shooting. The counter response by the New Black Panther Party was to put a $10,000. dead or alive bounty out against the alleged Mexican gunman by the name of George Zimmerman . . . the New Black Panthers seemingly are getting a free pass from the Federal Government to openly call for the death of another person and charges against the individuals calling for the bounty have not been filed . . . If a White Citizens group openly called for the death of a specific individual, we would be locked up in a heartbeat! . . . The lawless declaration which is fostering further Racial tension in the Community, is of serious concern to White citizens. As citizens and neighbors dissolve along Racial lines, the possibility of further Racial violence in the Melting Pot is brimming over like a powder keg ready to explode into the streets. The National Socialist Movement for many years has publicly called for Racial separation, the melting pot of forced integration in America is a massive failure, and this is just one more example of a Racial issue about to explode! . . . Our mission continues, the counter response begins this weekend as we organize patrols who will be armed (with knowledge), covering various areas in Seminole County to insure White Citizens will be safe from any potential Racial violence . . . .”  (Emphasis added).  

It should be noted that, while the New Black Panther Party is in fact a designated hate group, it committed no crimes; offering a $10,000 bounty for a “citizens arrest” is not breaking any laws.  And Trayvon Martin’s family, along with other “Justice for Trayvon” protesters, made it clear the hate group was not an invited attendee at the events.  But Schoep clearly believes that simply by virtue of being black and a group, some law is being broken.  It’s not surprising that Schoep takes this position, considering his “Greatest Hits” collection of gems like these:

In 2005, Schoep’s group staged a rally against “black crime” in an inner-city neighborhood of Toledo, Ohio, which resulted in a scared National Socialist Movement having to be rescued by cops and the arrest of about 100 local residents.  Despite the NSM’s stoking of racial fires, and the epic backfire, Schoep chalked this hot mess up as one of his movement’s successes, gloating after the rally, “The Negro beasts proved our point for us.”

Jeff Schoep, in 2007:  ”When … you take a German Shepherd and mix him with a Golden Retriever you have a worthless animal that nobody wants and that isn’t worth anything if you’re trying to breed him or sell him. … [T]hese degenerates that allow their children to race mix and this sort of thing, they’re destroying the bloodlines of both races.”

Jeff Schoep, in 2008:  ”I do not see the nig**rs, homosexuals, mexicans, jews, or even child molesters ashamed or afraid to speak their minds and rally, march, post, and be activists for their sick cause. And too many brave men and women died to give me the chance to fight now. I will honor their blood and fight for soil.”

Schoep and his merry band of white nationalists have apparently decided that Trayvon Martin stirred the racial unrest pot by going and getting himself killed, and that the perpetrator, George Zimmerman, has been the one victimized because the court of public opinion isn’t buying the notion that he’s been allowed to commit a murder and, so far, saunter away consequence-free.  As Schoep and his dress-up dolls foment racial tension by their presence, Schoep reminds us that the NSM’s “mission continues, the counter response begins this weekend as we organize patrols who will be armed . . . to insure [sic] White Citizens will be safe from any potential Racial violence . . . .”
